It’s a place of escape. A place to relax. A place where rules are relaxed, social distinctions blur, and routines and formalities have no place. Memories of childhood vacations ‘at the beach’ evoke such a strong sense of freedom and time slowing down. In other cultures, the concept of having a place of retreat has given rise to a particular design aesthetic or architectural style. England has its ‘country cottage’, the United States, its log cabin, or the Cape-Cod style beach house.

All prices are based on two people sharing, although most houses offer the space to accommodate extras at a small additional cost. Prices include linen and towels, a cleaning service after departure and basic consumables and are based on a three night stay. Please note that minimum nights apply during the high season at all properties and surcharges apply on New Zealand public vacations - please ask your travel consultant for details.

We offer two standards of beach stays:

1. Bach style accommodation standard level accommodation, which is generally within a 3-5 minute walk from the beach.
2. Beach House accommodation superior level accommodation, generally within a 1-3 minute walk from the beach and most offering views over the water and valleys of the Coromandel.
